The final decision regarding their attendance will be made by Shahid Afridi Foundation Australia following a thorough review of all requests and considering the availability of Shahid Afridi and Jahangir Khan.

Priority will be given to invitations with higher donation amount pledges.

Event duration must not be more than 90 minutes.

Number of guests must not exceed 20 including the host and their families.

The host is responsible for ensuring that this event is of private nature, i.e. not publicly announced, no tickets are sold and no marketing material will be prepared and circulated on any social medial platform or any other channel.

The host is also responsible for event security and maintaining discipline throughout the event.
